This Sunday on Fine Tuning I’ll do my annual birthday tribute to the late, great singer-songwriter Bill Withers, who was born on the 4th of July in 1938. This time around I’ll feature songs from Bill’s “Live at Carnegie Hall” album, truly one of the greatest concert albums ever released. Have a happy and safe 4th of July, my friends!
