This Sunday on Fine Tuning I’ll begin a three-part album spotlight focusing on “Fragments,” the latest Bob Dylan archival release. Spanning the sessions for his classic 1997 comeback album “Time Out of Mind,” this is the latest (and maybe best!) edition of his acclaimed Bootleg Series.
Also in the mix will be tributes to Motown hitmaker Barrett Strong and Television frontman Tom Verlaine, who both passed away in January.
