This Sunday on Fine Tuning I’ll be featuring songs from “Bluenote Cafe,” the latest release from the Neil Young Archives. This 2-CD set, recorded in the late 80s, documents one of Young’s most funky and heartfelt periods and features an eight-piece horn section backing up Neil and his band.
