Fine Tuning preview: 9/23/12

This Sunday at 4pm on my 107one Fine Tuning program I’ll be playing songs from “Privateering,” the new album by Mark Knopfler of Dire Straits fame.  An ambitious, two-cd set of all new songs, Mark is in a particularly bluesy, rootsy mood on the follow-up to “Get Lucky” from a few years ago.  Also on Sunday I’ll be playing new music by UK singer-songwriter Beth Orton, indie-rocker Cat Power, and rockabilly legend Wanda Jackson.
