This Sunday at 4pm on Fine Tuning I’ll be featuring the exquisite new album “Life Is People” by British singer-songwriter Bill Fay.  Wilco’s Jeff Tweedy, who appears on the album as a special guest, says: “I can’t think of anyone whose records have meant more in my life.”
