I’m fairly sure that this pic of me with the legendary Patti Smith was taken the first time she stopped by WDET, around 1995 or so.
Backstage at Pine Knob with Elvis Costello circa 1994. This was the second chance I had to meet and interview Elvis, who remains to this day the most fascinating and insightful person I have ever interviewed for print or radio. A musical encyclopdia indeed.
