Attention movie lovers! You are cordially invited to join me on Wednesday, March 11th at the Ann Arbor District Library for a 2026 Oscars Preview, where I’ll be accompanied by Nick Alderink (Cinema Program Director at the Michigan Theater), Tara Calligan (Marketing Director at the Michigan Theater) and Erica Gleichman (Head Projectionist at the Michigan Theater) to discuss who will win and who should win Oscars at the 98th Academy Awards. We’ll be showing a ton of clips from the nominated films, audience participation is more than welcome, and I’ll be giving away limited-edition Martin Bandyke coffee mugs while they last! The preview will run from 6:00 – 7:30 PM in the Downtown Library’s Lower Level Program Room (343 S. Fifth Ave.) and admission is absolutely free!
