This Sunday on Fine Tuning I’ll be featuring “Phonetics On and On,” the new studio album by the Chicago indie-rock band Horsegirl. Already receiving rave reviews from The Guardian, The Wall Street Journal and Paste Magazine, this album has influences that range from the Velvet Underground to Young Marble Giants to the Raincoats.
