This Sunday on Fine Tuning I’ll be featuring “Carry Me Home,” a previously unreleased live recording by Mavis Staples and Levon Helm. The 2011 performance at Levon’s Woodstock Studios includes sensational covers of Bob Dylan’s “Gotta Serve Somebody” and the Mississippi Fred McDowell classic “You Got to Move.” Also in the mix will be new music by Lord Huron and a birthday tribute to legendary jazz guitarist Grant Green.
