This Sunday on Fine Tuning I’ll feature “Surrounded By Time,” the sensational new album by the legendary Welsh vocalist Tom Jones. Recently debuting at #1 on the British album charts, “Surrounded By Time” includes Tom’s take on songs written by Bob Dylan, Terry Callier, Cat Stevens and Michael Kiwanuka.
