This Sunday in the album spotlight on Fine Tuning I’ll be featuring “Side Effects,” the latest release from the Austin, Texas indie-rock band White Denim. The Financial Times says that “Side Effects” is as good a rock album as you’ll hear this year — and I couldn’t agree more! Also in the mix will be birthday tributes to jazz legend Billie Holiday and Lowell George, the chief songwriter, guitarist and vocalist of Little Feat.
