This Sunday on Fine Tuning I’ll pay tribute to Jefferson Airplane founding member Marty Balin, who died on Sept. 27 at the age of 76. In the album spotlight will be the long-awaited new album by Cat Power, “Wanderer,” plus I’ll play new tracks by Sharon Van Etten, John Scofield, Van Morrison and Jason Isbell.
