This Sunday at 4 pm on my 107one Fine Tuning program I’ll be playing music from Dean Wareham’s new, self-titled solo album. Formerly the leader of indie-rock bands Galaxie 500 & Luna, Dean will be supporting his new release with a performance at Ferndale’s Magic Bag on Thursday, April 10. I’ll also be featuring music from the terrific and terrifically over-looked UK band Family, active during the late 60s & early 70s.
