And please join me on Monday, March 5 at the Michigan Theater for the next screnning in Martin Bandyke’s Moving Pictures film series: the classic documentary Gimme Shelter — directed by Albert and David Maysles and Charlotte Zwerin, the film chronicles the last weeks of the Stones’ 1969 US tour and culminates in the disastrous Altamont Free Concert.
