Don’t forget to come out to the Ann Arbor Borders store on Liberty St. this coming Wed. (4/8) at 12:30pm for a free, live performance by Chicago-based multi-instrumentalist Andrew Bird. Unfortunately, we’ve just gotten word that Andrew will not sign CDs after he plays, but pre-signed CDs will be available for purchase at the store.
Just announced — the Indigo Girls will do a free performance & CD signing at Borders on Wed., April 22 — I’ll emcee both of these Borders events, as per usual.
Looking forward to the Tigers home opener this Friday against Texas — what kind of year we’ll have is anybody’s guess — I’m just glad that baseball is back!
