This Sunday on Fine Tuning I’ll feature Bob Dylan’s “Springtime in New York: The Bootleg Series Vol.16.” Dylan’s latest focuses on the years 1980 through 1985, and includes dozens of previously unreleased songs, many featuring Mick Taylor and Mark Knopfler on guitar.
